Heights State College 4b4b for whole re-rent

I and my roommates have a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom apartment at Heights at State College for re-rent from 1/02/2023 to 7/24/2023. We only accept re-renting the whole apartment with four rooms. We apologize for not accepting re-renting with less than 4 rooms because we need to leave Heights together. You may gather 4 people together and then contact me for the re-rental if you are interested. Appreciate it. There are parking lots here and pets are accepted. There is a gym and a swimming pool at the clubhouse. The rent price is 837 each month for each room. Each room can live one person. The whole apartment will be 837 times 4 rooms and equals 3348 dollars each month.
